Health practices to protect yourself against COVID-19

The COVID-19 global pandemic has changed the lives of many around the world. Countries and states have enacted stay at home orders to reduce the spread of the virus and flatten the curve. People are now trying to adapt to their “new normal” by changing their daily habits to protect themselves and others. The Caribbean was no exception to this ordeal with businesses, governments and citizens adapting their practices to reduce the spread. Dr. Leslie Walwyn of Walwyn Wellness in Antigua provided some insights on how we can all protect ourselves from the novel coronavirus.
