Staying Active during COVID

People around the world are now spending a lot more time indoors due to city, state and country regulations enforcing stay at home orders to curb the spread of the coronavirus. As people stay home, social media engagement has increased significantly with an advent of memes illustrating how people are engaging less in physical activity. However, we’re here to share with you some quick tips for staying active at home. Danielle Walwyn MSc, Fitness Instructor, met with us on Facebook live to discuss strategies and tools for staying active at home.

  1. Engage in physical activity by gardening or walking around your home.
